My Task
The company wanted to redesign their app and webapp with a responsive design for their users which are primarily Government.
How It Went
Since it was my first time working in a global setting. Meeting people from Singapore and Russia gave me a new outlook on how people work and perceive the values of design.
Referencing google drive and dropbox helped me to move forward with the design concept and went straight to development.
It was challenging to design the icons because not everyone has the same global perspective, so I had to adjust it based on the cultural nuances of the users.
Lesson Learned
I have to communicate more effectively to convey the best practices , design principles, and values to my team members. We all have our own perspectives and understanding about things. And it's best to compromise to keep things going.
